Transport Minister Mark Bailey launched the Transport and Other Laws (Street Security, Technological know-how and Other Issues) Modification Bill 2020 in parliament on Tuesday.
He said the bill would amend existing guidelines to recognise the digital driver’s licence application at this time getting created by French tech and engineering heavyweight Thales as a valid type of identification.
